Culture Exchange and International Understanding
The Grabau- Culturedonation is a private and a charitable Culturedonation, which had organized Music- and ensemble journey´s with german youth chor´s in different arabic countries.
- 2003 an Ensemblejourney with the state music school Pforta (musical leader Mr. Jende) to the United Arab Emirates,
- 2005 with the state music school Pforta (musical leader Mr. Lachmann) to Egypt,
- 2006 effected an ensemble journey with the music grammar school Carl- Maria v- Weber rom Dresden (musical leader Mr. Witzel) to Libya
Planned are soon musicjourneys to Syria and the Oman. More countries of the arabic world are also on the programme. In the future should the activities also expandet into the Far East.
